Considering Philip's status as the Child of the Earth, he is able to call up vast amounts of information that would exist on a normal Earth, albeit with Toei stuff in it. It's basically a normal Earth all things considered.

That being said, filling out this permissions post and indicating if you wish for him to look up anything on your character would be a good idea. Especially since that we can also use the to further plots that require minimal mod involvement or even mod involvement. Up to you.

4th Walling Options: He can know about Tails being from the Sonic the Hedgehog video games as well having been a former member of an internet community called Drama Drama Duck. I would prefer a headsup first before he fourth-walls Tails.
Information Seals: Anything beyond him having been a member of DDD (since he's not from DDD, so it wouldn't make sense for him to know about any events Tails went through).
Stuff Ideally to not be brought up: Ask me about it and I'll answer.

4th Walling Options: No. I rather not have her fourth-walled as it would break her or at least confuse her. He can know about her having worked for Suri and did some dirty things for her though.

4th Walling Options: He can know about her being a principal of a school in an alternate world that can be accessed by the magic mirror and that she's the alternate version of Celestia that's native there. As for fourth-walling, give me a heads-up first.
